Usually, most account accessing issues are related to your browser settings so here are our recommendations: 

  • Whenever you face a technical difficulty - always try performing the same action on a Different Browser or Incognito Mode (which allows you to open pages without the intervention of your browser cookies). Find more information about incognito mode here.
  • We advise you using Google Chrome browserPlease download it here.
  • If error disappears when using incognito, you know for sure that deleting your browser cookies will solve the issue. (to find out how to clear your cookies, please click here).
  • If the steps above don't help, please wait for a few hours and try accessing your account once more (there might be some temporary technical glitches associated to the internet connection or the server hosting the accounts platform).


There may also be some more specific issues at place that prevent you from accessing your precious Mindvalley account:

  • Once your enter your username and password, and click on "Login", the page refreshes itself and doesn't move forward.
  • An error comes up telling you: "Could not open the page, too many redirects".
  • Or it simply doesn't accept your password (please make sure you enter the correct password, and, if you're not sure if you remember it correctly, please change your password).
  • Error messages appear claiming that the page cannot be found or accessible (In such specific case, make sure you have a good internet connection and that you use the correct login page).


In all of the cases mentioned, your best bet is to carefully follow the steps above: Trying Incognito Mode, Using a Different Browser (Preferably - Chrome), and Deleting Cookies / Browsing History.
