Did you make an in-app purchase that you would like to be refunded?

This is a bit tricky because Apple (for iOS) and Google (for Android apps) have their own refund policies which we cannot control from our end.

Have you changed your mind about your subscription program?

These programs work as an access to a private library just like, for example, Netflix.  So, when you pay for it, you are not purchasing the content itself, you are purchasing the right to access the content temporarily and binge watches it as many time as you like.

These subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly and, unfortunately, we cannot refund recurring payments. In case you would like to cancel a subscription, this article will be your best friend in the process!
