Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to explore any of our subscription programs. :)
In order to cancel your subscription program access your Mindvalley Account Dashboard and from the left corner menu choose My Profile and then Billing Section.
Click on the "Update Subscription" button and cancel it. Once the cancelation is completed, you will see the following message: "You have successfully canceled a subscription". :)
Important: Note, that you will be able to cancel your $1 trial subscription following the same steps.

If for some reason you were not able to cancel your subscription and stop recurring charges from your Mindvalley Account Dashboard as mentioned in this here, just drop us an email through our Contact Form including Cancel: Subscription Name in your email.

Once you log in, you will see all of your programs. Just click or tap on on the cover of the program you wish to access, to launch it. :)

You can find out how to unsubscribe from our mailing list Here. If you tried a couple of times and you are still receiving emails from Mindvalley, the reason could be:
As we have mentioned in This Article, there are two types of "unsubscribe" in Mindvalley emails you receive from us.
1. In the end of a specific course, product, webinar, you will have "if you'd like to unsubscribe and stop receiving these emails click here".
And once you click, it will direct you to another page, see below, saying: "Are you sure you want to unsubscribe from this event".
Important: This means that if you tried to unsubscribe from here, you will be unsubscribed from that particular event emails and you will continue receiving emails from Mindvalley. Try to follow the instructions in this Article, to unsubscribe from all.
Another reason could be the device you are using to unsubscribe (Mobile Phone or Computer).
Important: Please try to unsubscribe from your computer, if you have tried through Mobile Phone and you are still receiving emails from Mindvalley.
And finally, If even after giving a shot to all the above-mentioned tips you still receive Mindvalley emails, please do not hesitate to contact us by using this Contact Form. Please make sure to send us the following information about the last emails received after the unsubscription:
