If your monthly payment has already gone through, we won't be able to refund it. Our Subscription Programs are not refundable.

To cancel / schedule a cancellation before the next payment so that you could still enjoy the content you've paid for and you would not be charged any further please follow the steps in the following article.

Unfortunately, even if you write to our customer support agents, they won't be able to refund the payment that already went through. 


Important: If it is a yearly payment, you will have the refund policy clearly mentioned on the Sales Page. In this case just follow this article on how to request a refund.
